Holly Ridge Center will hold its 8th Annual Surplus Building Materials Sale on March 17, 18 and 19, Volunteers are needed to help set up and staff the event.

The sale is held every year in conjunction with the Home Builders Association’s (HBA) Peninsula Home and Garden Expo which takes place at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. The Surplus Building Materials Sale benefits Holly Ridge’s programs for developmentally delayed and disabled children and adults.

All volunteers will receive a 10% discount on any items they choose to purchase during the sale.

Holly Ridge Center is a Kitsap County non-profit which offers services that support the general welfare of people with disabilities in a way that does not discriminate so that they may realize the full extent of their potential. The agency has two programs. The Infant Toddler Program provides early intervention services to children with special needs and their families. The Adult Employment Services program provides employment opportunities in the community for developmentally disabled adults.
