Brenda Prowse, owner/broker of Brenda Prowse Properties, Inc. in Poulsbo, recently donated $1011 to the Kitsap Humane Society on behalf of clients Roger and Alice Hull, who recently sold a home through her firm. In a letter acknowledging the donation, Dana Lerma of the Humane Society stated that because of gifts like this, the animals at the shelter would have a vastly improved chance to touch the heart of a new family.

The Humane Society has served the Kitsap Peninsula since 1908 and provides shelter for thousands of animals each year. Support through donations is vital to help maintain their education programs, animal assisted therapy, spray/neuter program, and the daily care of homeless, stray, and abandoned animals.”.
