Malibu Corporation CEO Bruce McCurdy recently announced that the firm has listed The Meridian luxury condominium homes with Windermere Real Estate in North Kitsap. The new Winslow condominium community includes a 5500-square-foot private club and fitness center, complete with steam room, sauna, swim spa, entertainment lounge, and expansive garden terrace. Other distinguishing features of The Meridian are the Northwest resort-style grand lobby and concierge services, artist gallery, and coffee bar.

Owners of a Meridian home will have the additional option to lease office space inside the building complex. The Meridian is located at 737 Ericksen Avenue NE, near the Winslow ferry terminal and downtown district.
