Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. has completed the 3,000 square foot tenant improvement for the HoneyBaked Ham Company & Café, owned by K&S Capital. The new café will be open for business in early May.

The shop[s are located in the Clear Creek Center at 10516 Silverdale Way and will be offering American’s No. 1 favorite ham, as well as, whole turkeys, roasted or smoked, BBQ roast pork & ribs, ham or turkey “by the slice, a selection of freshly made sandwiches, side dishes, soups, salads and desserts. Also, they will be offering a box lunch meal for take-out or delivery to your office or you may also choose a “Good to Go” meal on your way home.

Tim Ryan Construction also completed the tenant improvement for Ray Wilson’s Healthy Exercise located at the Clear Creek Center in Silverdale. This facility offers over 2,000 sq. feet of workout space and is open for business. The “1/2 Hour – 30 Second Interval Circuit Workout” is offering total fitness in 30 minutes or less.
