Following John L. Scott Real Estate’s most successful year in its 73-year history, the company was recently ranked the eighth most productive independent real estate company in the nation based on 2003 sales volume. The company was also ranked ninth in the nation for closed transactions.

The rankings were issued by REAL Trends, a national real estate trade publication that publishes the annual ‘REAL Trends 500’ report. It incorporates 15 individual reports ranking the largest residential real estate firms in the nation, based on varying sales criteria and company data. This annual report is highly regarded throughout the real estate industry and is considered the ranking standard by most companies in the nation.
