O’Connor Kriegh Architects expands

Partners Peter O’Connor and Julie Kriegh recently announced that three new staffers have joined their Bainbridge Island firm, O’Connor Kriegh Architects. Ken Hartz will serve as a project manager, Chip Maguire as a design intern, and Marti Amsbaugh as an administrative assistant.

Hartz, a registered architect, brings 18 years of design and technical experience with him in commercial, retail, higher education and public assembly projects. His broad range of experience will augment the current assortment of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects currently on the boards at the firm.

Maguire has experience with residential and commercial projects and currently is involved with the firm’s sustainable architecture and environmental design practice.

Amsbaugh boasts over 20 years experience in the land use, development and real estate industry.
