Dave Jones, CRS, of the Silverdale office of Windermere Real Estate, West Sound, Inc., recently returned from New Orleans, where he attended Sell-a-bration, the Council of Residential Specialists’ (CRS) annual educational conference.

Jones, who is very active in the CRS organization, recently completed a term as president of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR) and was honored as Realtor of the Year for the second time.

There are less than 40,000 CRSs in the United States out of 1,000,000 plus Realtors but CRSs are involved in 26 percent of all residential real estate transactions in the United States annually.

At the recent KCAR installation and awards banquet, the awarding of an annual CRS scholarship that will be named in Jones’ honor was announced.
