Peoples Bank, recently opened a new Home Loan Center in Silverdale. The bank has hired Patti Lawson-Darling and Karen Carlson as Real Estate Loan Representatives at the new office.

Darling brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry in a variety of positions, including loan uriginator, construction lender, and mortgage department manager to the position. As a construction lender active in the local building community, she is a member of the Home Builder’s Association of Kitsap County and currently serves as Chairperson for the Parade of Homes.

Carlson joins Peoples Bank with over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry including experience as loan underwriter, residential product manager, and real estate loan officer.

She is active in the local real estate community and currently serves as secretary on the executive board for the Kitsap Housing Coalition, as a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County, and as a member of the Kitsap County Association or Realtors.
