The Washington State Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development (CTED) recently bestowed its Director’s Award for Leadership in Housing Development to Poulsbo Place. The master-planned community of 261 homes was recognized for superior planning and design of higher density affordable housing under the Growth Management Act. A total of 13 Director’s Awards were presented to outstanding developments in the Puget Sound area.

Poulsbo Place has also received awards such as “Community of the Year” and “Best Design” in 2000 by the Master Builders Association of Washington, and “Best of Show” in 2001 by the Home Builders Association of Kitsap County.
