Construction is scheduled to start this month on Bethel Corridor Place, a 9,800 square foot two-story office building located at 2443 Bethel Ave. in Port Orchard.

The building features eight suites equipped with repetitive fenestration for plenty of natural light, facilities for Cat 5E data wiring, high-speed Internet access, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

The project is being designed and constructed by the BJC Group Inc. Sub-consultants include N.L. Olson & Associates for surveying, site and structural design; and Tom Herstad for architectural assistance.

Project is slated for completion in the summer of 2004.
