The Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), in an effort to provide new services for its members, as expanded its website to include information of all ongoing BIAW cases. This includes cases funded by the Legal Trust Committee, as well as cases which have or will be submitting amicus briefs, and those handled by in-house attorneys.

The site will be updated as new cases are funded and new members are represented. The links for the ongoing cases are located on the Legal Program page. Click on “Current LTC and In-House Cases” for a list of all cases and descriptions of each.

BIAW has the most active legal program of any trade association in Washington and is a recognized force in the courtroom for small business.
