Windermere Real Estate recently announced named David T. Bastian the new managing broker for its Port Orchard office, located at 1200 Bethel Avenue. Bastian will handle the hiring, training and instruction of agents and staff, as well as assist Windermere clients with their transactions.

Bastian has been practicing law in Pierce and South Kitsap counties for 14 years. Steve Skibbs, owner of the Port Orchard office, noted, “Dave brings his legal background and experience to the office. Few other offices have an attorney as their broker. I think this addition to the office will be a real benefit to both Windermere agents and to our clients.”

The firm also announced the addition of sales associate Jean E. Nelson to the office. Nelson was previously a trustee with Nelson Family Trust in Anchorage, Alaska, and also owned and operated a real estate office for 13 years.
