Parametrix recently began work under a 10-year, $103,000,000 Architect/Engineer Services (AES) contract with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Under the agreement, Parametrix will provide the EPA with professional architect/engineer, technical, and management services to support remedial response and enforcement oversight at Superfund sites in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Alaska.
Parametrix is the first company to awarded a national remedial action contract using the EPAs efficient new approach which will play a major role in the effective streamlining and acceleration of Superfund site cleanups and early action to reduce immediate risk to human health and the environment.
The contract is the biggest in the firms history and is being led and managed through Parametrix Bremerton office. The Contract represents a significant growth opportunity for Parametrix Bremerton team and for each of its seven regional offices. The Contract will serve as a foundation for Parametrix to continue to increase its involvement with environmental restoration and remediation projects for the Federal government.
