A new real estate firm that focuses on representing buyers exclusively, which means that it will not generally carry listings, has been opened by Suzette West. However, the company will carry listings developed by West’s first company World West Investments.

West says she will facilitate free homebuyer education seminars, which certify first-time homebuyers and make them eligible to participate in state bond House Key programs administered by the Washington Sate Housing and Finance Commission. These programs have assisted many first time homebuyers.

Another highlight of the new agency is that all customers, not just first time buyers, are eligible to receive down payment assistance of $1,500.00 through the company’s Dreamcatcher Down Payment Assistance Program.
