Stewart Title, which provides title insurance, escrow services and real property information, is majority owned by Kitsap County residents, John and Lynn Martin and underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty.

"I am really looking forward to establishing ourselves in the market", says John Martin. "We are able to give very fast turn around to customers. With all the refinance activity these days, other title companies are beyond capacity and not able to deliver quickly. There is definitely an opportunity for a new title company.”
