Paul Eberharter, principal architect for Eberharter Architects on Bainbridge Island, will teach a course through Poulsbo Parks and Recreation titled, “Buy, Build or Remodel?”

The focus is to help people decide what route is best for them when they wish to upgrade a living situation. Design, construction, bidding, being your own general contractor and calculating project costs are some of the topics.
