Pacific Northwest Bancorp now has a new Web-based mortgage loan program.

A partnership with MortgageBot LLC, a national premier mortgage provider made it possible.

Under the new mortgage loan program, customers can apply by visiting www.pnwbank.com and clicking on the Mortgage Express link. Bank financial center employees in both Washington and Oregon, together with MortgageBot loan advisors, will be available to assist in-bank customers in completing their online application.

Applications will be underwritten by MortgageBot to a full array of loan products. Most loan decisions can be communicated to customers within minutes and, on even the more complex requests, within hours. All approved loans will be closed in Pacific Northwest Bank’s name.
