The new associates have an average of 18 years in the real estate business.

Susan Felten moved to Bainbridge Island 13 years ago from Sedona, Ariz. where she practiced real estate. Felten has had her license for all 13 years and became a broker eight years ago.

Moira McDonough’s interest in real estate began in 1986 in Bend, Ore. while working in property management.
