Jim Beisley, formerly of Beisley Construction, and Dave Bergeron, who was self-employed and has worked for many large commercial contractors on numerous projects, recently signed on with Poulsbo’s Tim Ryan Construction.

Beisley was educated and raised in Ireland. He is a former Green Beret and served in the US Army until 1985. His construction experience started in Ireland and specialized in concrete, steel and wood frame structures. Beisley has had a very successful framing business in Kitsap County and still serves many of the general contractors he has worked with over the years.

Bergeron received his structural engineering experience while serving with the US Navy until 1987. His experience as a job superintendent includes many multi-million dollar projects in Texas and Washington.
