The Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce honored the Bremerton office of Windermere Real Estate/Westsound Inc., as its Business of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2002. The award was presented to Manager Jessica Kennedy.

Windermere was selected for its commitment to Bremerton by creating a new, beautifully-designed office in downtown Bremerton that encourages and enhances the surrounding area. Except for the J.C. Penney building, which was constructed in the early 1970s, it is the first new building to be built in downtown Bremerton in over 50 years.

The firm was also cited for creating more local jobs and bringing new, enthusiastic homeowners to Bremerton and for demonstrating that it is not only possible, but good business, to go the extra mile to create a positive image for Windermere Real Estate, Bremerton and Kitsap County.
