Coldwell Banker McKenzie Associates of Bainbridge Island announced the addition of Jan Cadice and Karen Fredrichs to its office.

Cadice comes from John L. Scot in the Bellevue/Redmond area. With 16 years of real estate experience, she has been a member of a top-performing group for the Eastside. Her specialty has been new construction and she holds the Certified New Construction Sales Professional (CSP) designation.

Fredrichs also comes from the Eastside where she was broker and sales manager for the Burnstead Development Company. Fredrichs has been an active member of the Seattle Master Builders Association and taught classes for the certification of new sites sales representatives.
