Chip Goepfert-Maguire of Bainbridge Island, has joined Hecker Architects, PS, a full-service architectural design firm located in Bremerton. The firm was recently honored with a 2002 top design award by Metal Architecture magazine.

Goepfert-Maguire has a Masters of Architecture and Masters of Ecological Design from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture.

“He has a strong background in combining ‘green building’ with ‘sustainable design’ principles,” said firm principal Jeff Hecker. “He seeks to create architecture that integrates healthy non-toxic environments with sustainable building materials; a quality our firm strives for in our work.”

Hecker Architects, PS, is a full service, architectural design firm with emphasis on waterfront residential, light commercial, business interiors, and mixed-use projects.
