| Reid Real Estate recently announced that after a 3-year absence Merv Killoran has returned to the real estate industry. Killoran, who began his real estate career in 1978 with Reid, is back in the Silverdale office that he originally opened for the firm in 1984.
Killoran spent the past three years with Smith Barney as a Financial Consultant and CitiMortgage as a lending consultant (both are part of Citigroup). In those positions, he has gained a wealth of knowledge to better service his clients. Killoran will assist clients with land acquisition, development and sale and all types of commercial transactions, and also team with his wife, Jackie, who will assist their residential clients.
Killoran has a degree in Finance from Eastern Washington University and has the CCIM; CRB and CRS professional designations. His wife Jackie, who was also previously a Financial Consultant at Smith Barney is a graduate of Fresno State University and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
