Bainbridge Performing Arts 13th Annual Home Tour takes place Saturday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Bainbridge Island. Bainbridge Performing Arts has already selected the homes to be showcased on this years Home Tour. The tour provides an opportunity to visit seven homes, each with a unique layout and style of décor. The 2002 lineup offers dwellings for a range of lifestyles from large family to bachelor living and includes the following featured homes.
- A seaside cabin rich with history and charm.
- A craftsman bungalow filled with traditional
nostalgia and modern décor.
- Two brand new townhouses in the heart of
our community, each with a flair of its own.
- A custom built home, which showcases design
pieces and artwork from around the world.
- A 1970s rambler transformed into an open,
spacious home designed for family living.
- A home from the Hillandale community loaded
with custom detail and great use of color.
More than 1,500 people traditionally attend the tour, which, over the years, has featured more than 70 Island homes. The generosity of the owners of the featured homes, as well as the tireless efforts of more than 200 volunteers and business from Bainbridge and surrounding communities contribute to the success of the festive annual event.
