Gary Garczynski, the 2002 National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) President will be returning to Kitsap County on Monday, March 25.

Garczynski will be speaking at the Kitsap Smart Growth Coalition public forum, which will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. in the South Kitsap High School auditorium. Joining him will be King County Council member Jan Hague. Hauge is the immediate past president of the National Association of Counties.

Garczynski, a builder/developer from Northern Virginia, helped form the Greater Washington Region Smart Growth Alliance. He was also one of the speakers at the original Kitsap Smart Growth Conference held in November of 2000 at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton.
