| John L. Scott has opened an office at the former site of the sales and information center at McCormick Woods. It is the only company to have an office within the project that other than the clubhouse and restaurant facility has no commercial activity.
According to Port Orchard branch manager Jacqui Curtiss, the office will be a branch of her office. “It will be a fully functional real estate office with the ability to operate in and outside of McCormick Woods,” said Curtiss. “This will include new construction as well as resale homes and land.”
Curtiss says the office has space for two more agents in addition to the team that is currently manning it. An assistant manager for the office is expected to be named shortly.
“We’re excited to finally be open at McCormick Woods. It’s been a long term negotiation that has finally come to fruition,” said Curtiss. “Being the only real estate company on the west side of Highway 16, we look forward to serving the needs of McCormick Woods as well as the surrounding area.”
