| Built in the early 50’s as a small motel, the Poulsbo Inn on highway 305 has spent the past two years going through extensive renovations. The owners, First Western Hotels LLC in Edmonds decided to go ahead and finish the project last year in spite of the slack economy.
The renovation includes an expansion to 72 rooms with 12 of those being suites. Breakfast and exercise rooms have been added, along with a complimentary continental breakfast. The Breakfast Room can also be used for corporate meetings for up to 25 people.
There’s also an outdoor hot tub, and it’s the only hotel with a swimming pool in Poulsbo.
