| Dave Jones of the Silverdale office of Windermere Real Estate was recently named the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) of the Year for Washington State. The award was bestowed by George (Dee) Dunsten, president of the National Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Jones is the president-elect of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR) and currently serves as the group’s treasurer.
The CRS professional designation is the highest residential specialty designation in the real estate profession. It is held by less than five percent of real estate professionals nationwide.
Dunsten cited Jones’ “proven track record handling residential real estate transactions, advanced education in related areas such as finance and technology,” as well as his community efforts as a basis for the award. |
