First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles recently opened a lending center in Poulsbo. First Federal offers a variety of loan programs including a unique all-in-one construction loan package beneficial to both buyer and contractor.

Real Estate Loan Officer Shawnee Spencer directs the new office. She began her career at First Federal in 1992 and said she looks forward to providing the best customer service and forming partnerships with the real estate community.
