Penny McLaughlin, owner of RE/Max Unlimited North in Poulsbo, recently returned from a teaching and learning opportunity at one of the top educational forums in the real estate industry, Howard Brinton’s Star Power Annual Conference.

Brinton is an internationally recognized real estate educator and trainer. The event brought together some 2,000 of the most progressive, forward-thinking real estate professionals in the nation to share their methods of success.
McLaughlin was invited to speak as part of the illustrious “Faculty of 100.” Each member is among the top 1 percent of all Realtors in North America.
Dozens of topics were covered at the conference including high-tech, high- touch customer relationships, bringing value back to the community, families in business, integrating the latest technology, and providing five star service to clients.

As a part of the conference, McLaughlin received information for consumers about mistakes sellers can make when selling a home, as well as criteria for evaluating and hiring a real estate professional.
