Ed-Con 2001 scheduled for October
   The largest Real Estate Education Conference (Ed-Con) in Washington is scheduled for October 4 and 5 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue.

Real Estate Professionals will have an opportunity to earn up to 15 clock hours towards their annual state education licensing requirements.

Over 15 instructors and nationally recognized speakers will be featured at the event, including legal expert Oliver Frascona and Washington favorites Pili Meyer, Kandace Schmidt and Gary Wisben. Also featured will be Alan Hainge, Suzee Miller, Albert Aiello, Chuck Bonamer, Jim Remley, Annie Fitszimmons, Bob Wolff, Angelica Rose and Gordon Shlicke.

Topics will include making money with technology, Feng Shui, the internet 2001, the 1000 watt agent, the bottom line, Realtor safety, the Realtor Code of Ethics, predatory lending, legal hotline, foreclosure, 1031 exchanges and commercial real estate.
