| North Kitsap real estate broker Michael Svardh has started a new local Internet based Real Estate brokerage. The firm exists exclusively on the internet and can be found at www.NorthKitsap.com.
Svardh said he believes he is the first Kitsap County firm to do business exclusively on the Web.
“If you are in the search engine Google.com you can just type in ‘Kitsap Real Estate’ and it should take you to my site as the number one listing,” said a proud Svardh.
The site also includes a real estate forum where visitors can register their opinions on the local real estate scene. “My hope is that the thousands of real estate stories out there will be shared in the forum, he added. “We all can gain a perspective on what GMA, property regulations, high tax assessments and other challenges are currently doing to Kitsap property owners.”. |
