| After 19 years with the Silverdale office of John L. Scott, well-known local Realtor and past Managing Broker Frank Leach has decided to open his own office in Central Kitsap.
To be known as RE/Max Platinum Services, his office will become the fourth RE/Max franchise in Kitsap, joining branches in Port Orchard, Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island.
“I’d like to thank my clients for putting me in the position to take advantage of this opportunity. I look upon this as the chance to provide ‘Platinum Service’ to my past and future clients,” Leach stated.
Leach, who is known as a strong private property rights advocate, has long been active in the Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR), being recognized by the group as Realtor of the Year and Business Person of the Year. He is also active with Homebuilders Association of Kitsap County (HBA), and was a co-founder and past chairman of the Kitsap Land Owners Coalition (KLOC), an organization dedicated to protecting property rights in Kitsap County. He is also a board member for the Bremerton Historical Ships Association, which operates the Turner Joy.
