 MRJ Constructors recently broke ground on the Seabord Building in downtown Winslow. The two 5,500 sq. ft. office and retail facilities were designed by local architects Miles Yanick and Company.
The project reflects and augments the neighborhood’s architectural flavor which is a mix of homes and commercial buildings, and preserves green space and trees. The shape and design of the building was driven by the preservation of two old fir trees on the site.
Construction is scheduled for completion in August 2002. |
