| Richard Lucas has accepted a position in the Sales and Marketing/Business Development Division at First American Title Insurance Company.
In that slot, Lucas will work with local Realtors, lenders and builders in the Silverdale and Poulsbo areas to provide title, escrow, real estate information and customer service. He will also be assisting First American Sales Manager, Sondra Kay in the Kingston and Bainbridge areas.
First American is also opening new offices on Bainbridge Island and in Port Orchard as well as expanding its existing Silverdale office.
