| Under the supervision of Senior Civil Engineer Mark Dorsey, P.E., Art Anderson Associates recently completed the civil engineering and site design for the new Radiation/Oncology Center at Harrison Memorial Hospital (HMH) in East Bremerton and the Port Orchard Alzheimer’s Community at the South Kitsap Health Care Campus.
Dorsey has been involved in the civil engineering to HMH since designing the master plan and site infrastructure construction documents for Tremont Village, the 17-acre medical/healthcare campus located at Tremont St. and South Kitsap Blvd. in Port Orchard.
The recent $9 million remodel and expansion project at the hospital in Bremerton included the removal and expansion of the existing laundry facility, the new Radiation/Oncology treatment center, and the addition of a parking deck and underground parking garage.
The Alzheimer’s Community project required the complete redesign of Lot Four at Tremont Village from a two-story, 48,000 square foot office building with parking — to a single-story, 22,500 square foot care facility with walking paths and parking. |
