Poulsbo’s Gold Medal Marketing Ltd. recently announced a new program specifically geared to helping Realtors improve market appeal for their listings and increase the opportunity for quicker sales.

According to Gold Medal President Judith Rammel, the “Staging Homes to Sell” program allows listing agents to offer an additional level of customer service to their sellers. Gold Medal offers a consultant with both marketing and interior design experience to meet with sellers to help guide them through the process of preparing their home for sale. It allows the Realtor to step aside from issues that may be difficult to address with the homeowner about their home, while at the same time allowing the Realtor to provide increased customer service.

Rammel said she decided to offer the specialized marketing program after working with several real estate agents on a trial basis. The agents reported a high rate of success in homes being maximized to show well, and also reported quicker sales of properties recently listed.
