| Hillandale Homes LLC of Bainbridge Island was recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) at its recent national convention held in Atlanta with one of the Best in American Living Awards (BALA).
Owners Dick and Marilyn Allen accepted the national award for the best community design up to 150 units for their Hillandale project on Bainbridge Island. The project is a 36 lot planned unit development, which was completed in December.
Sponsored by Professional Builder magazine and the NAHB, the BALA program showcases homes that illustrate design quality and success in the marketplace.
The Allen’s and their project were chosen from 397 entries in 20 categories, which were judged by a panel of 11, consisting of builders, marketing experts, architects, land planners, developers, design professionals, and editors from Professional Builder. |
