| Winderemere Real Estate/West Sound Inc., has announced it will build a 4000 square-foot, state-of-the-art office building on the corner of Sixth and Park in downtown Bremerton. It will be located across the street from Kitsap Bank. The firm’s Bremerton office is currently located at 11th and Park.
According to branch manager Jessica Kennedy, the new building will have six-foot desks for each agent and will be totally “wired.” It will include high speed access to the internet, the company’s web site as well as provide networking for all agents.
In an era when real estate offices are built to accommodate high numbers of agents, Kennedy said the office will have room for only 30. “We want to maintain our standard of excellence,” she commented. |
