| John L. Scott recently opened a new affiliate office in Enumclaw. Derek Eyring and Jim Kriens are the new owners/managing partners They also operate John L. Scott Lake Tapps, John L. Scott Lake Tapps North, and Lakeside Escrow. Those locations are consistently top producing offices in the marketplace with over 70 agents and staff.
The new office opened Jan. 1 in the same location as the former Foothills Realty office. The agents at Foothills remained with the office and Hans Dirksen, an Enumclaw native, transferred from John L. Scott LTP. Dirksen is an award-winning agent with John L. Scott and brings experience in single family home sales and commercial properties.
