Auto Center Way buildings change hands
   The two adjacent Bremerton office buildings located at 4970 and 4980 Auto Center Way, which have been occupied by offices of the State of Washington, have been sold for a reported $770,000. The buyer was Auto Center Way Bremerton Offices LLC, an investment group from Tacoma. The sale closed on Jan. 16.

The 2,460 square foot building at 4970 Auto Center Way is occupied by the Department of Corrections while the 8,952 square foot building at 4980 Auto Center Way was most recently occupied by Employment Security but is presently vacant. The single story brick buildings were constructed in 1974.
