| The Silverdale West building, located at 3505 N.W. Anderson Hill Rd., was recently sold. The 16,100 sq. ft., two-story office building was originally constructed in 1982 and was rebuilt two years a after a spectacular fire destroyed it.
The buyer was O.P. Properties Inc. The sale price was $1,575,000.
Tenants include Applied Technical Systems, Columbia Dental and Animal Intelligence Software.
