Kitsap Bank reports record earnings
   Olympic Bancorp, the holding company for Kitsap Bank, reported record earnings for the first nine months of this year. Earnings were $4.3 million compared to $3.8 million for the same period a year ago. — 12 percent increase. Quarterly profits of $1.5 million were also a record for the third quarter and increased 14 percent over 1999 results. According to president Jim Carmichael, the primary reason for the record profits is the continued strong loan growth which increased by $24 million in 2000 and has grown by $41 million over the past year.
