| Bainbridge Island officials are mulling over a plan to create a four-story parking garage and culture center in a new Town square in downtown Winslow.
The underground parking facility would include 376 stalls and be topped by two stories of multi-family housing, built around a cultural center. The price tag on the project, aimed at creating additional parking in Winslow, is $15 million.
The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority is a partner in the project. |
