Linda Rowe and Rhonda Edwards, two of South Kitsap’s consistently top producing Realtors, will open their own real estate brokerage under the RE/Max banner on Nov. 1.

Rowe has been licensed with the Port Orchard office of Windermere Real Estate and Edwards with John L. Scott for a number of years.

Their office will be located in the Bethel Square shopping center at the intersection of Bethel Rd. and Lund Ave., and occupy the space that most recently housed the offices of First American Title which is situated right next to the Subway Sandwich shop.

Rowe said that the pair resigned from their respective companies the first week of October, so they could devote their time to the logistics of getting the doors to the new office open for business by their Nov. 1 deadline.
