Alison Ybarra has been named as the new manager of the John L. Scott Real estate office in Silverdale. She previously served as assistant manager in the firm’s Puyallup branch, John L. Scott’s number one office in the state, where she was also responsible for new agent recruitment and training of new agents.

According to company officials, Ybarra was selected for the position for her experience in working with a large number of agents and her knowledge of new construction, residential resale homes and land use rules. She said it’s her goal to make the office one of the top five producers in the entire John L. Scott system, which encompasses 100 offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
