| The Homebuilders Association of Kitsap County (HBA) is seeking applicants for its fourth annual scholarship program. The group is offering two $500 scholarships and people interested in pursuing a career in a construction-related field will be given preference. Both HBA recipients will also be forwarded to the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) for its selection of two additional $2,000 scholarships.
