Realtors welcome 23 new members
   The Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR) recently welcomed 23 new members to its ranks, including five reinstatements of former members. It also approved two new offices for membership and one affiliate member.

Joining the group are Marie Flanders of All Points Properties and Kelah Tamarak of Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc., both in Bremerton; P.G. Voorhies of Argus Associates, and Marion Gage of RE/MAX Unlimited, both on Bainbridge Island; Debi Brevick, of Coldwell Banker Kingston Cove and Laura Christie of Shamrock Realty, both in Kingston; Marilyn Caldwell, Laurie Marotta, and Lupe McGuire, all of Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc., Bob Butcher of Prudential Northwest Real Estate, Korine Taylor of Reid Property Management, and Lori Enos of Reid Real Estate, all from Silverdale; Gary Rugland of Coldwell Banker Park Shore, Bob Arnold, Kim Bartell, Chaz Howard, and Joan Wardwell of Windermere Real Estate, all in Port Orchard, and Sunny Houmes of Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc. in Poulsbo.

Rejoining KCAR after leaves of absences are Elaine Tanner of Deschamps Realty and Gil Jacobsen of Gil Jacobsen Real Estate Broker, both on Bainbridge Island, Dave Muller of John L. Scott in Kingston, Trudy Dahl of Reid Real Estate in Port Orchard and Jim Harris, new manager of Prudential Northwest Real Estate in Silverdale.

The two new member offices are both on Bainbridge Island; Argus Associates, P.G. Voorhies, Broker, and Gil Jacobsen, Real Estate broker, owned by the longtime island broker the office is named for.

Viking Bank, which opened recently in Poulsbo, is the newest affiliate member and will be represented by Joseph Riley.
