Two new projects get the green light in Poulsbo
   Two new office projects were recently approved in Poulsbo. One is a 26,250 sq. ft. two story medical office building located on the west side of Highway 305, approximately 500 feet south of the Bond Rd. intersection.

The project, proposed by Dogfish Creek Associates LLC, will include 10,600 sq. ft. for outpatient surgery, 11,084 sq. ft. for medical offices and 1,050 sq. ft. for retail optical.

The plan includes 88 parking spaces with access through the adjacent property.

The other project is a two story office building to be situated on commercially zoned property located between 10th Ave. and S.R. 305 at the Liberty Way intersection across from the fire station.

The total floor area will be 9,649 sq. ft with 3,958 on the lower level and 5,649 on the second story. Primary access will be from 10th Ave with additional access to the lower level from the Highway 305 side. The project, proposed by Madison Avenue Development, will include 36 parking spaces.
