Jim Jay has been named as the new Kitsap County manager for First American Title in Silverdale.

A Washington native, he has 15 years of real estate experience in the Portland area, including time in commercial real estate development and nine years in residential sales. He has been a partner in an ERA franchise and holds the GRI and CRS designations.

He has been with First American in the Portland area since 1997. He most recently served as sales manager and supervised a staff of 18 in addition to heading up the Builder Services and Lending departments.
